  So grateful for this awesome community! Coaches are so knowledgeable and welcoming. We have lots of fun while working out - it feels like adult recess! Their workouts are challenging, motivating, and really help you gain confidence in yourself and your capabilities! All ages, body types, and levels are truly welcomed! I'm so lucky to be a part of Timberhead! I have been a member for only about a month so far and I am so glad to have made this choice! Investing in health and wellness is a top priority :) My husband loves going here too and he's been a member for over a year or two!

  Joining a cross fit gym was something I always wanted to do. Am so glad I joined Timberhead CrossFit.
  
  As a beginner and needing modifications for class the coaches worked individually with me. The coaches and atmosphere are everything I was looking for. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. Classes are very well run awesome!
  Gym is clean and has a great atmosphere.
  
  Thrilled to work on and continue to achieve my fitness goals with Timberhead.

  Just moved to South Windsor and we are so lucky to have such a great crossfit box nearby! Amazing atmosphere, very knowledgable and engaged coaches, everyone is so so sweet! Happy to call this our new CF home ❤️✨

  The first thing you will notice is the cleanliness of the facility.
  First impressions are everything and it speaks volumes about the ownership and the culture. You take care of what is meaningful.
  
  The coaching and staff really pay attention to you as a beginner even if you've been very active your entire life. They methodically integrate your foundations instructions into the core classes. They always breakdown movements no matter how experienced or inexperienced the group is.
  
  Prior to each workout coaches will check in with your to help you decide how to modify workouts to challenge you as you continue to grow.
  
  The coaches celebrate your growth - in that you're stronger and healthier than you were the month and/or the year before. There are movements and goals I honestly never thought I would have achieved and in just over a year I've accomplished so much that I previously thought was out of reach.

  Amazing workouts for any level of fitness! The coaches are awesome, they really care about people doing the exercises the right way and provide great feedback. Recommended to anyone who wants to get started in fitness or looking for a new challenge. I have been going to commercial gyms for years now and there is no comparison. Everyone should try.
