(September 13, 2022, 9:45 am)I started coming here about a year ago, and I have never felt stronger! I always look forward to the great energy, fun time, and happy vibes felt while exercising. All the instructors are supportive, motivating, and caring and want to help you do your best. Erica is always a positive energy and has really created a special place for everyone to come workout and dance!

From day one Erica , Laurie , as well as all HGC members have made me feel welcomed and comfortable. The environment Erica has created is filled with support , motivation , and kindness . I have tried many different fitness settings and this is by far the best one hands down ! Each day they push me to be stronger and better .
Also the dance classes are amazing . They offer classes for both adults and children . Both Erica and Laurie are top notch professional dancers . They literally raise the “barre” with their teaching and technique . The best part is they make it a fun and positive learning environment . If you have been looking for a new fitness/dance start , do not hesitate to give HGC a try , you will be hooked and won’t regret it . -

(February 20, 2021, 7:16 am)I joined Higher Ground Core a year and a half ago. I enjoy Erica's positive energy. Erica provides encouragement and feedback that motivates me to work hard. She provides a variety of classes throughout the day, which accomadates my work schedule. Her yoga sculpt class is a great way to find my center and regroup for the work week. I also enjoy Core Sculpt. I've noticed strength in my whole body. I can't wait until we can workout at her studio again but for now the online videos are still personal and intense!

(February 18, 2020, 8:18 pm)I stumbled upon HGC when I relocated to the area. After my first class, I was hooked! Laurie's class was fun and full of positive energy and motivation. I increased the number of classes I took and enjoy all of them! Erica and Laurie have motivated me to be the best I can, push me to work harder all while having fun! The results are amazing as they will hold you accountable. Both ladies encourage all members in every class! They push everyone to work hard!

(December 14, 2019, 12:15 pm)A truly warm and welcoming fitness studio for every level. Erica and Laurie will partner with you on every step of your journey as much as you want. The personal training sessions are phenomenal and the group classes are so much fun! I have tried all the classes except for tap and have enjoyed all of them. If you want to workout with friends, maintain your fitness, and/ or get into shape you should definitely give HGC a try!
