(April 5, 2023, 3:31 pm)Wonderful experience. I used the infrared sauna and I highly recommend it!! I am 69 years old, have had juvenile rheumatoid arthritis since a teen. My hands & feet are crooked ( I say I am always bent out of shape). I recently fell on the ice. Never tried an infrared sauna before. Oh my gosh!!! I felt so relaxed - my whole body. I have not felt that relaxed in years. Highly recommend it. I can’t say your experience will be like mine, but I hope so!!! And Tracy who helped

(February 14, 2023, 11:07 am)Liz is a "Star" all on her own. I contacted the Catskill Valley Chiropractic Center after experiencing extreme pain in my hip area. Within an hour Liz personally called me and gave me an appointment the same day. During my consultation which was well over an hour, Liz discussed not only the area in pain but also ways in which to strengthen that area to make sure it would reduce the chance of the pain reoccurring. During my appointment we discussed vitamins, diet and exercise. She then went on to use her chiropractic skill by massaging and adjusting the hip area. I left not only feeling better physically but also happy to have the knowledge which Liz gave to me to live a healthier and well adjusted lifestyle.Thank you so much Liz!

(December 13, 2022, 3:03 pm)Cannot recommend Liz enough. Very knowledgeable and really gets to the root of your issues by asking many questions and then explaining how your injury happened and how to fix it and then gives you exercises to use that will keep you pain free.
