  My 7 year old just started working with Jason on some agility work. He had a blast and learned so much he can’t wait for his next session! I highly recommend him if you have a young athlete looking to train.

  Recently completed the Kickboxing challenge with Jaime as the instructor.
  The workouts were intense. Jaime taught correct and proper form to limit any injury. There was no BS, only great workouts which involved numerous techniques involving body movement, punches, kicks, blocks and self-defense. Each new technique taught furthered the mental aspect of the workout.
  I highly recommend this class and subsequent challenges to anyone wishing to better themselves physically and mentally.

  I highly recommend Synergy to anyone who is either trying to start their journey to a healthier and happier life, or those who want to take their athletic abilities to the next level. They were an extremely significant part in me obtaining my dream of becoming a Division 1 athlete. The entire Synergy team has made me physically and mentally prepared for any obstacle Division 1 Lacrosse can throw at me.

  This place is awesome! The fitness classes are fantastic, the yoga is incredible and the massage therapist are the best, hand down! I love the relaxed and non judgmental atmosphere. I would highly recommend this place to anyone trying to better thier mind, body and soul 💙
