  I have watched Gina grow her business over the past 10 years. A gal pal of mine had attended her gym in the past, and loved her. I finally committed to joining because of how she runs her classes and how she presents herself.
  
  She is extremely knowledgeable and she truly cares about her clients. I am at the point in my life that I want to do the correct form instead of just getting in the reps. Gina reviews how to do each exercise, goes around and corrects form so you won't get injured. She will tell you how to modify each exercise if you are dealing with an injury or are recovering. She discusses where you should be feeling the exercise, and where you should not, she explains why she set up the class, and the benefits your body.
  
  It is not just a "gym" it is more of a community. I do physical activity for keeping my heart healthy, good music ( which she has) and for a social hour :)
  
  Another thing I am really loving is the stretching that is done before and after class. I hate stretching and will not do it on my own. She does really cool dynamic stretching, and I honestly think that is why I am not hurting in the following days after class.
  
  10 out of 10 recommend! I only wish I had joined sooner.

  Awesome workouts and super clean facility. Great place to feel comfortable at while working on your individual goals. Everyone has been more than amazing and great sense of community.

  I love working out at Gina’s! Gina and Mario are the best trainers and make classes as early as 545 am fun! I also love the people who come here, we refer to eachother as our GTF family

  Great place to workout. Gina and Mook are awesome trainers. The group classes are welcoming and encouraging.

  Awesome gym, awesome instructor/coach, always encouraging, perfect for all shapes, sizes, ages and abilities. You will benefit mentally and physically if you let Gina have a little piece of your day!
