  The best gym ever, they have everything and it's like being with family, the owner was about to leave and go home and took out time to show me around the gym, WOW LOVE IT!! JOIN ME THERE WE CAN GET STRONG TOGETHER.

  You will not find a better gym. The owner runs it perfectly and genuinely cares about his RESPECTFUL clientele. Has every bit of equipment you could ever want; strive, prime, Atlantis, nautilus, etc.

  Probably the best gym for anything fitness related. Bodybuilding, strongman, powerlifting, MMA, etc you've got a way to train it here. They've got machines to hit every muscle you've heard of, some you haven't, and others that you've only dreamed of training. Just be a respectful, courteous human being and you'll fit right in.

  This is hands down the best gym I’ve ever been a part of. The owner Matt doses a fantastic job running and maintaining the place as well as constantly providing new equipment for everyone to enjoy

  After moving to East Windsor and dealing with some of the regular gyms in the area, my wife and I joined Lightning and it was a breathe of fresh air. The members were respectful of equipment, never too crowded even at its busiest, and offers a great mix of lifting and martial arts. Matt (owner) knows how to run a gym.
