these types of bags, I feel are the best for getting fitness results! When I started kickboxing I was good at it in the beginning. I took my time getting to understand the punches and kicks. Taking time to learning the technique and understanding the punches/kicks made me get amazing results. So excited that it is in my town. Kickboxing has so many benefits to improving health if done correctly. I love that this place teaches correct form to get the best results! It is a fun workout that isn’t boring. Kickboxing is for anyone’s fitness level and this place teaches to all levels. I come out feeling amazing every time.
