(August 30, 2023, 4:31 pm)Dan @ ECS in South Windsor was super friendly and very knowledgeable regarding the APR software. I was able to get an appointment the same day and had a flawless experience. He has a lot of history with Audi, and is an enthusiast himself, so it was a common ground for conversation. It is always best to work with local shops for sales, service and support. Highly recommend ECS Performance in South Windsor CT for APR tuning and additional services for Audi.

The team was able to get my car diagnosed, parts ordered, and installed very quickly. Communication was great- Dan was very responsive, even after hours. Prices are very reasonable as well, they do not try to nickel and dime you over labor as I've experienced with other dealers and shops.

We know that used car dealers and sales people mostly have a bad reputation, and for good reason. But you will not find that here! The owner Paul made the experience not only positive, but he truly went above and beyond to make sure that I was totally pleased. Whether it was the nice gesture to print out my new insurance card, let me use his space to finalize the transaction of selling my old car, or spending hours showing me all the features of my new vehicle, he was an absolute pleasure to do business with. When I came to test drive the car, I had my dog with me. When I returned to make the purchase, he presented her with gorgeous gourmet dog biscuits, saying that she should have something special that day too. Seriously, who does that? Paul does! I highly recommend them for all your automotive needs.

(December 3, 2022, 9:24 am)I wanted to give a big shout out to all of the team at ECS and especially the owner Paul. I took my 2016 Rolls Royce Wraith in for its yearly oil change service and ECS took great care of it and were very diligent and knowledgeable. Highly recommend you get your car down there for anything from tuning services to service work to mechanical repair. These guys are top shelf across the board.
