They got me in right away without an appointment, took care of the issue and my car was ready AND washed in less than an hour! Marc was very attentive and I received excellent service. On top of that, I had gotten the oil change at a different Audi dealer b/c I needed a loaner, but Audi Newton treated me well, regardless of that detail. Thank you!!
