(July 11, 2023, 6:46 pm)Scott took great care of me and my c43. Came in for a flat tire originally and had to revisit as one of the other rims was cracked and pressure was leaking. Scott was able to work with my insurance to get things taken care of. Appreciate your patience and all the follow ups during our wait time. Would revisit and would recommend!

(May 2, 2023, 9:38 pm)We were greeted with formality. Linda was formal and no smiles which was fine. We had a lot of questions especially that we could not get the navigation work in the car, and the service manager William, who jokingly said “I don’t know” when I asked his name, voluntarily came out of his office and helped gave us suggestions including talking to a Justin to help us get situated. We also asked for an owner’s manual, who Linda also took time to figure out that it is already installed in the system. We waited in their nice waiting room. After the Service A work was completed , Linda tried, with the help of Mike (I think it was his name that I saw on his shirt) and was successful with getting the navigation working , just needed a cable connector, then hooked us up with Justin as promised, who also was very helpful in helping answering our questions. Overall a good experience for our first time.

They even offered to do other work like replace tires when I mentioned I had the tires sitting at home and helped out with picking up tires from my home and took care of it. Even helped with getting me a guy for a dent on vehicle. Appreciate all that was done, Thanks!

(February 10, 2023, 3:41 pm)I cannot say enough good things about my experiece with the Newton dealership, especially my experience working with Justin. I've always dreaded the drawn-out process of purchasing a new car, but Justin made the whole thing easy, seamless, and efficient. The manager, Keith, also came outside to shake my hand and say congratulations, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Though this dealership is an hour away, it is absolutely worth the trip. I won't be working with anyone else when it comes to Mercedes!
