I have been performing some major preventative maintenance projects on my truck for the last couple of months and had several interactions with Hal in the parts department. Every time I went in there this guy gets the job done. He’s extremely professional and polite and takes as much time with the customer as needed to make sure you get the right part. I had a couple of special orders and every part was correct. This place has great stock of genuine Toyota parts and if you need something special they will get it fast and it will be right. If you love your Toyota, treat it with the best parts.

He was willing to work with me on price even considering how limited production the GRC is. He was very communicative and professional throughout the process. With the current market trends, it is very difficult to keep customers happy, but James did an amazing job in follow ups and timely delivery of the vehicle. I would suggest this dealership experience as one of the greatest experience when compared to other dealers that I visited. All credits to James. Also Chris did an amazing job as a finance manager with ease documentation and clear explanations.
In fact James did follow ups post sales and kept checking for any functionality on the usage of the vehicle.
Overall a great user journey and customer satisfaction.
