  I would like to let you know that in the three years we have dealt with Heather, it’s always been a pleasure. Her level of professionalism, knowledge is outstanding. During our recent visit to pick up our car, Heather had prepared all our documents and were fully organized. She made this process smooth and painless. Heather is an individual that your organization should be proud of.
  Eli has made our two closing of our cars very smooth and it’s a pleasure dealing with an individual that has full knowledge of his job. The first time we met with Corey, I personally couldn’t believe how much knowledge this young man had of these vehicles. I was a bit jealous because I couldn’t find ways to remember all his explanations about my new car. He went over everything that I needed to know and went beyond our expectations. At the end of his presentation he politely offer us to reach out to him if there were any questions. As for the service department, their level of service is always been excellent and their courtesy exceeds my expectations.
  Overall, everyone at this location has made our experience one of a kind!

  I recently purchased a 435i X and could not be happier with the team at this dealership. Heather took the time to listen to what I was looking for and during the test drive described the car inside and out. Before I left the dealership Corey went over the technology with me in detail and was open to me following up with questions (which I will do now that I've had time to play around on my own). Eli in finance was a pleasure to deal with too. Buying a car is usually a stressful experience for me but they made it a pleasant from the minute I walked in the door.

  I had the smoothest pleasant experience at BMW of Newton. My CA Jeremy was very professional and attentive. I was able to build my brand new 2023 M3 with ease. Jeremy was in contact with me from beginning to end. I called Jeremy all hours of the day and he always answered making this 3 month journey smooth.
  It was truly a pleasure working with you Jeremy.

  I was looking to buy a new (to me) car; I had visited several smaller used dealerships and was not happy with the service at any of them. I stopped by BMW of Newton to look at an X3 they had online. Heather was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered any questions I had. She even went as far as giving me the service report from when it was traded in. After thinking about it overnight I decided that I would need something a little newer. Heather called me the next day to follow up on the X3 that I had taken for a test drive. I told her that I didn't love that car and she said that she would look around online to see if she could find something for me (even if it was at another one of their dealerships). She called back a short while later and had found a newer X5 that they had just received in and sent me the link to it. It was a bit out of my original price range, but after looking for weeks online I realized if I wanted to get something more reliable I would have to be willing to pay a little more. I was able to get there the next day to test drive it; Heather even stayed late to wait for me to get there to test drive it. I loved it, it had everything I told her I wanted/needed! She went over everything from the car fax and service report from when it was traded in. It was nice to feel like I was buying a car without any surprises! I put a deposit down on the car that day. Heather told me to just call her when I would be coming in to pick it up and they would have it ready for me. I ended up being able to pick it up on Saturday, called her that morning and told her what time I would be there. When I got to the dealership my new suv was waiting out front for me with a "reserved" sign in the front. I was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour and driving home! I couldn't be happier with my car and with the service that Heather provided, she is absolutely the BEST!

  I recently purchased a vehicle from BMW of Newton and was extremely please with the whole experience. From how I was greeted when I first arrived to the way the deal was closed out. Both Heather and Elias were fantastic. Heather’s knowledge of the vehicle was impressive. She made this whole experience a memorable one for my daughter. Heather went above and beyond by adding a bow, surprise sign and script fooled my daughter and will leave a lasting memory for years to come. They both treated us like we were family and made themselves available post purchase to answer any questions. I will definitely be coming back to Heather and Elias for my future purchases.
