  M&M installed a Daytona motorized dawning above our deck. the entire process was easy and friendly. their rep, Mike, came over, made all the measurements, explained different models and sent us a quote with a computer mockup of different types of awnings on our house. we chose the one we like the best. paying was easy, online. after 2.5 weeks their workers came and installed the awning. installation took about 2 hr. they cleaned up after the installation, leaving the property pristine. finally, the price was very competitive compared to at least one other company we got a quote from. Thanks.

  I needed an awning for my pool bar and after doing some research decided to use M & M Sign & Awning. I couldn't be more pleased with my decision, everyone was extremely helpful and professional. Justin sent me the quote within one day of coming over to look at my job. The showroom is beautiful, and had many fabric samples and actual awnings so it was easier to make a decision. Donna kept me updated on my order and helped me choose the fabric, which looks great. And the installers, Omar and Alex did a beautiful, clean and professional install. The best part is since they are the manufacturer and are located right here on Long Island, the job was done much sooner than expected. I would not hesitate to recommend M & M to anyone looking for an awning.

  My family had an outstanding experience working with M&M Sign & Awning to purchase a retractable awning for our backyard. We worked with Justin, who was beyond professional, helpful, and responsive throughout the process. We absolutely love our new awning and look forward to using it for many years to come!!

  ABSOLUTELY SPECTACULAR! We started our backyard project a year-ago - a long overdue make-over. We had a structure built by the pool but could not figure out a cost effective solution to the direct sunlight...until we were introduced to M&M, specifically Justin. Justin came highly recommended by our landscape designer and contractors. They were both 100% right. Justin came to our house to see first hand our desired goal. Justin was super transparent and very clear not to mention very helpful on design, color and patterns. We signed up for 3 sided roll-down automatic shades. Practically onsite, I asked him to price out a tractable awning for our deck.
  There are a lot of shade and awning companies. I tried many of them and based on my experience, M&M is head and shoulders above the rest across every category starting with quality (materials and work), craftsmanship (all local), communication, customer service, and most impressively - pricing. We highly recommend M&M.

  I shopped around and wasn't happy with anyone I spoke with. When I saw the M$M ad on facebook, I made an appointment. Professional, knowledgeable and friendly -- all the way! Michael Jr. met me at a time most convenient for me. The showroom is very impressive and I made the purchase after seeing the rendering. Michael jr. has a great eye for assisting with colors and patterns. I wasn't even home for the install and it was amazing. On-time, very professional and spotless. I have already recommended them to 3 other people. Thank you M&M
