  I really enjoy my sessions with Stacey, Angela and the other instructors. They explain how to use the equipment and as a group we rally around others in the space.

  Stacy allowed me to participate in an instruction session this morning. Focus was core and legs. I enjoyed every minute of it. Pacing was excellent. Stacy was persistently attentive regarding form and level of exertion, suggesting different weight levels to maximize both safety and results. Atmosphere was both challenging and fun. Exceptionally positive experience.

  I love this place! It takes all of the guess work out of working out. They have a structured plan with different target areas for every day of the week and the workouts are always different, fun, and challenging. They also always have modifications ready to make it less or more challenging so you can make the most out of the workout at any fitness level. My favorite part is that the hardest part is to show up and they facilitate the rest. The instructors are fun, kind, and accepting of exactly where you are at. I couldn't be more thankful that I found Unique+Fit!!

  The work outs at U+F are awesome! I was in a rut with my routine and decided to give Unique and Fit a try. I have never felt stronger and more inspired! Each day is a different focus with different moves and routines. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a gym where you have FUN while you are getting fit I would 100 percent recommend this gym. Best post Covid decision I made to get my health in check.

  A few months ago, I joined the team over at Unique + Fit in Sellersville for an evening workout! 🏋🏼‍♀️
  
  This was such a fun group to have the pleasure of working out with! This boot camp style studio incorporates various style of movements into their classes, including cardio, boxing, strength training and more!
  
  Owner, Stacy, was my trainer for the night and it was so much fun to see her passion shine through as she helped cheer us along.
  
  Our workout that night included 16 different workouts split up into 8 different stations that we would work our way around the room completing.
  
  Thank you to Stacy and the team for welcoming me to class and I hope to drop in again soon.
