I started here about a year ago, completely clueless to CrossFit having never done it before. I love it! What makes it so enjoyable are the coaches here. They really care and are extremely patient, and there’s all types of different levels and abilities, so it isn’t intimidating. The classes are fairly smaller so the coaches can take more time and pay attention to ensuring proper form. 10/10 highly recommend whether you’re a beginner or more experienced.
If you are looking to improve your fitness, with top tier coaches and a supportive group, then look no further. MXL is your place! Coaches Henry and Tim are very knowledgeable, will tailor the workouts to your skill level and make sure everything is being done in a safe manner. No gym bros or egos. Just a bunch of people trying to get fit and having a good time along the way.
My home away from home, and my second family! This gym is full of the most welcoming crew, and the coaches are top notch. They are so knowledgeable and work with members of all fitness levels. Every workout can be scaled to your ability. It’s easier to be consistent with fitness once you find a workout that you love, and this is definitely it!
CrossFit MXL is not your typical CrossFit gym or cookie cutter class. The coaches take immense pride in providing you high-quality instruction and individual attention to make sure you are performing at your best! They take care in ensuring you have proper form when lifting and that each work out is adjusted for you as necessary. The atmosphere is amazing! Very welcoming! I truly look forward to working out with my friends everyday!
I have gotten into the best shape of my life working out at Crossfit MXL. The coaches put a great emphasis on proper form and mobility while also challenging and motivating their clients. Excellent, well planned programming that will build your fitness across multiple domains. The atmosphere is second to none- it really is a family-like community that will keep you coming back. The membership pricing is very reasonable and the owners are invested in maintaining a clean, safe and updated facility. I cannot recommend them highly enough!!
