Nice place for sports. I wish whoever is responsible for the upkeep of the parking lot would fix the potholes. There are crater size potholes throughout the parking lot. Now the facility itself is great. The staff is great.
Wanted to thank the football coaches Kevin and Dom for working with my son during the off season. Between their combined skills of strength, agility and position specific training prepared my son for the upcoming season and resulted in my son earning his starting position as middle linebacker. In addition both coaches were professional, friendly and responsive. Will definitely be returning during the off season again.
Regards, Jeff Kirsch
Coach Zebluim is the mentor of all mentors! He has a keen eye for talent, and has the patience needed to take your young athlete to the next level! We consider ourselves extremely lucky to have found our way to the Keystone Sports Training Center, and highly recommend you check them out for your young athlete’s!
I coach a 16U Softball team and have been using Keystone for our indoor training during our “off” season for the last two years. The girls train with Kevin once a week doing speed and agility as well as some conditioning workouts. It is incredible seeing the way they grow in overall athleticism during their time working with Kevin. They push themselves and grow each week and the people who work there are friendly and respectful. There are plenty of resources and equipment is accessible for the girls to do strength training in the winter months. There are two batting cages and a pitching machine that we utilize on Saturday mornings. The space is affordable and perfect for our team to get together and get reps in while we prepare for the spring season.
Spent some time with friends here playing a round of simulator golf and had a great time. The facility for golf was comfortable and the simulator seemed accurate although we never figured out how to take a mulligan, ha ha. If you'd like to work on your game, the simulator has an instructional mode and there is a PGA pro available, or you just want to play a round without waiting behind a group that is going slow, this is your place. There were others there training for other sports, soccer and softball were what I saw. There is also basketball and a weight room.
