  Great trainers that make you feel welcome. Excellent variety of challenging obstacles and workout equipment. Don't pass on an opportunity to check it out.

  I love this gym!
  All of their classes are high quality and I always have a great workout. I just took the AMRAP class with Andrew and it was challenging but he made me feel confident. The owners Carl and Tara are very nice and they’ve created a community with a super positive vibe. I’m excited for my next class!

  I took a hot power yoga class this morning and loved it!! The instructor, Karen Martin, was excellent! Her sequence was creative and challenging. Her contemporary playlist was inspiring and the class flew by. I especially enjoyed the core! Will definitely return for more yoga.

  First time there with some friends. People are amazing. Kathy is a great instructor and they are all extremely uplifting people. Love being surrounded by this energy

  Urban has been a tremendous experience.
  
  The instructors (and friends) push me, find my weaknesses and make me better.
  
  I love the culture of the group and everyone's commitment to challenging themselves. You just walk in and there is someone happy to see you.
  
  There are so many great classes to take. I started to master Spartan obstacles. But honestly I do Spartan class about 25% of the time I am there. So much variety, you will never get bored. Exhausted yes, bored never.
