  Our daughter has been part of Granite Forest Dojo for three years, and we could not be happier. Their commitment to kind and considerate treatment of all students paired with a strong sense of discipline, challenge and focus have done wonders for our daughter. The community GFD has built is very special and they make everyone feel welcome!

  Granite Forest Dojo has become another member of our family. Our son looks forward to his time with Sensei Barbara and Sensei Costa every week. Our time with them continues to be a highlight for not just our son who takes part, but for our whole family who visits each week. It's refreshing to see 2 individuals who clearly put a love for their students and community above all else.

  Granite Forest Dojo is a wonderful place to learn discipline, respect, and karate! Sensei Bruce cares deeply about each and every student and their families. I am proud of how my son has grown since training here, and I've started my journey into karate here. Definitely a top notch place!

  My oldest son (now 15) went here for 4 years as a "Little Ninja" and he really enjoyed Sensei Costa and Sensei Barbara. He still talks about it even though we moved and left 5-6 years ago. He had a birthday party there, and all the kids had a such a great time! Granite Forest Dojo offers a Family-like atmosphere and patient and inspiring instructors who are very encouraging. Once we moved further away, we tried other karate studios and nothing came close to comparing so we never stayed long. Granite Forest Dojo is definitely a unique place... you are treated like family.

  My son was just recently at Granite Forest Dojo for a birthday party and I was really impressed. First off most kids birthday parties are crazy and chaotic but this was wonderfully organized and the kids had a lot of fun!! My son is wild and this party made me realize that signing him up for karate might be really great for him. We spoke to the owner and he was absolutely wonderful and gave us the run down of what the classes entail and pricing. I was thrilled with the way the party was handled and am now seriously considering signing him up for the classes.
