In the past, I never liked yoga because as a person with severe back issues, I was always in pain in every position. It was not until I went to the Truebody fitness. My wife introduced me to this place. All the instructors are great and helps with the poses. I am forever grateful.
First time attending a class here after switching studios. Everyone welcomed me with open arms and made a safe environment to practice without judgement. All the staff was knowledgeable and willing to help with all my needs. Nina offers one on one instruction to further advance your practice, which is a huge asset for all yogis. The all levels class was challenging yet focused on correct alignment; excited to try different classes. Highly recommended to anyone at any level!
The instructors are super friendly and knowledgeable. They know how to challenge you just the right amount. The studios is cute and relaxing. Would reccomend to yogis of all levels.
