  Great gym! Went for a drop in class, and will definitely be going back next time I’m in the area. Wonderful facility with great staff and coaches.

  My family and I joined TCF in November 2022. We’ve been doing Crossfit for 10 years, and in that time have been members at a handful of affiliates for relocating or work travel. If you’ve ever walked into any CF gym, you probably already expect an inclusive, structured, fun, supportive, community-based environment. But if you’ve ever walked into an exceptional CF gym, you get all that and much more than you bargained for. The owners and coaches of TCF are not just trainers keeping the clocks on time. They are genuinely passionate about what they contribute to this community. Class sizes are kept moderately small and manageable, so the attention each individual receives from a coach, regardless of the skill or experience of that member, is noticeable and very impressive. The coaches here are much more than level 1 trainers, they consider themselves Healthcare Professionals. And rightfully so. Nutrition, lifestyle, sleep, stress, work/life balance, medical considerations, the areas of life these coaches are committed to helping you improve in go way beyond your fitness goals. They genuinely care and are invested in each member here. Where is the proof of this? In the quality of humans that show up here every day. The VALUE that members receive at Tolland Crossfit is way above and beyond their price tag! Regretfully, work is taking our family back to Texas, so we’re now arduously tasked with trying to find another community that meets these new standards we have for our next gym. We’re leaving here with new friends, great memories, and a renewed sense of what it means to be a member in the CrossFit community. We will be back!

  As a first timer to CrossFit, it was wonderful to find the coaches so incredibly welcoming, friendly and focused on form. It’s a great environment to improve your fitness and the community supporting it is really something else. Can’t recommend TCF enough

  This is the third CrossFit gym where I’ve been a member. Why do I love it the best? It is CLEAN. They maintain and update their equipment on a regular basis. They coach- like, truly coach. I get constructive feedback from the coaches every. single. day. The membership is diverse in age and ability, and yet it feels genuinely inclusive. I always look forward to going and feel like I’ve missed out on days when I can’t get there. Love me some TCF.
