  Brandon and all of the trainers at Life Fitness work hard to create a supportive environment for people of all ages to reach their fitness goals. This gym has one of the most positive and welcoming environments I have ever encountered for exercise. I cannot say enough positive things about this community. Life Fitness is a great choice for teens needing close guidance for workouts and for anyone needing motivation to keep moving. I recommend anyone invest in themselves at Life Fitness!

  The gym and exercising has never been an interest of mine but Life Fitness has forever changed my mind about that! Life is now my second home and from day one everyone has made me feel confident and capable. I encourage anyone that is looking for a great local gym to look no further, Life has the best trainers and group classes and you will see results! Thank you Brandon and team for helping me get back in shape and regain my confidence!

  The vibe here is welcoming and friendly. From day one, Brandon made me feel like I belonged. Whether you're a newbie or a seasoned gym-goer, everyone's got your back.
  
  I've also never felt stronger and more in-shape in my life. The trainers, Brandon, Gail, Carey, and Cam are all fantastic.
  
  Going to the gym has also become a family affair -- my girlfriend saw how much I enjoyed it and is now a member as well!

  Life Fitness is the atmosphere and the push I needed as a mom of two with little time for myself. I’m so grateful for trainer Brandon - he brings humor but also invests in understanding your needs and capabilities to know how to push you. His knowledge and passion for what he does shines through, as well as his genuine care to help his clients. He caters to your goals and has such a welcoming environment of inclusiveness where people encourage and support each other. I walk away from each session feeling so good. I highly recommend Life Fitness! Thanks for making such a meaningful difference for me!

  Brandon, Cam & the rest of the Life fitness team are incredible! They’ll motivate you in ways you never thought possible. The best part of this gym is the sense of family you get the second you walk in the door. No matter what shape, size, etc, you’re always included and welcomed with open arms.
