She explains how each position helps you which allows you to understand the importance of the position. You can’t go wrong with one of Nina’s classes!!!

(March 9, 2021, 5:04 pm)Love the atmosphere. So inviting, clean and safe. Nina does a really great job at connecting with her students. Students are able to choose classes based on skill level. Also the smaller class sizes allow for more 1 on 1 attention.

(January 2, 2021, 11:55 pm)This is the perfect studio for anyone and everyone interested in yoga. You can tell right away that Nina cares about her students and their individual journeys. She meets each and every student where they are at in their yoga practice. Experienced yogis and brand new yogis who have never been to a class before can all reach their own personal limits side by side in the same class which makes for a strong community experience. The studio is adorable and very clean. I highly recommend signing up for a class!
