Trevor and Meaghan should be THE bar for all fitness facilities. They offer large group training with an alternating focus on strength and conditioning. Modifications for exercises are given at all times and they take the time to check in with clients with injuries/strains to provide safe alternatives to meet their specific needs. Trevor and Meaghan keep their facility spotless, sanitize regularly, and ensure a safe and encouraging environment for everyone. The piece that really hit me though, aside from the above, was their genuine connection with their clients. They take the time to get to know you. They share in your celebratory times. Check in during challenging times. Offer tips and tricks to help to help you build a life you love. They make you feel seen, heard and encouraged in ways that are most meaningful for you. I could say so much more, but I'll end with this: I am so thankful for the opportunity to train at Anchored Fitness. My life has improved for the better... yours certainly will too.

Trainer is amazing. It more of a bootcamp. Its a clean facility and spacious too.
They conduct group classes which is great because you dont have to plan it out for yourself. All you got to is show up. Classes are spread across the day , one can pick or even come twice
