  Finally a nice gym in this part of the area!! This gym is spacious, bright, and SO clean. They have all the equipment you need whether you're doing free weights, weight machines, or cardio. The staff is very friendly. I'm so happy to finally have a nice gym close by. I tried all the other gyms in Somers and close to Somers, even going into Mass, and nothing compares to this place. It's awesome.

  So happy I started on my fitness journey here!! The gym is clean, plenty of space and very helpful, friendly trainers. The group classes are fun yet challenging, at your own level.

  This center is wonderful. I feel very comfortable and welcomed at this gym. The staff takes care of the place, it is cleaned and equipment is maintained. Judgement free zone and great encouragement. The personal training has been amazing and seeing the results in my daily life is great.

  I couldn’t imagine going to another gym after finding this beautiful gem! I joined Trax not to long after they opened this location, they were still putting signs on the walls that’s how new it was. Donna has been amazing since the day I walked in the door. She’s always helpful and so sweet. While I don’t personally work with the trainers, whenever I’ve encountered them they have always been polite and helpful if I need something. It’s not your biggest gym but they have so much to offer! You are missing out if you don’t check this place out!

  Super clean! All brand new equipment! The staff is not only friendly but full of knowledge. Gym is well maintained, members are very respectful of each other's space. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.
