She offers modifications to help everyone but also offers challenges to get you outside of your comfort zone and grow your practice. The different class levels help build your confidence with the poses and style of yoga. I attend multiple times a week and can’t get enough!

(May 17, 2023, 7:30 pm)This studio is everything I was searching for. I am 39 weeks pregnant & have been enjoying attending classes here since I was at 32 weeks. Alanna is an amazing & beautiful mentor by helping to alter poses to keep me & baby safe. Yoga has helped me to be more peaceful & patient, while reminding me what my body is capable of. I look forward to continuing classes after labor! I highly recommend this yoga studio!
