(August 30, 2023, 11:18 am)I was an out of shape almost 300 pound guy, and some serious life stuff hit me in the face. 6 weeks in, not only am I losing weight and getting stronger, but more importantly it has been so great for me mentally.
Yosh has been a great personal trainer for me and I would highly recommend. Being a large out of shape guy, I was worried that I couldn’t do it as he also trains high caliber athletes, but he tailored workouts to fit my own needs, and celebrates my own accomplishments.
Whether you are an out of shape, high caliber athlete, or somewhere in between, this gym will kick your butt in a good way and I would highly recommend. -

(August 5, 2023, 9:04 am)I can't imagine there is a more supportive place to workout. The people here are so motivating and encouraging (the owners, the coaches and the other clients) - it's like stepping into another world where everyone just wants to help you be your best.
The coaches are all extremely kind, experienced, and knowledgable. They go above and beyond for you whether in a class setting or personal training.
The owners are amazing and are so passionate about helping others, providing a great experience for their clients and having the best coaching staff.
Being at Romeo Athletics is always the best part of my day. And as a bonus, because of all the work I've done (and continue to do there) I am the strongest and healthiest I have ever been! -
