  April Garner deserves 10 stars plus. She is extremely knowledgeable and clearly experienced, listens thoughtfully to your issues, and provides focused, personalized treatment which is effective and skillfully delivered. The staff there is similarly helpful and professional. A cheerful and well run practice overall.

  Healthtrax physical therapy has great physical therapists that are dedicated to helping their clients get 100% healthy. They will work with you every step of the way and introduce activities and techniques to help you recover from whatever it was that brought you to them.

  I cannot emphasize enough the excellence of the treatment I have received from April and Dina at Healthtrax in Glastonbury. The professionalism I observed is truly outstanding and the the level of expertise and dedication is superior to all my previous experiences with physical therapy. I feel very fortunate to have access to such consummate professionals who possess the necessary expertise to restore my shoulder to good health.

  Dan made such a difference in my life, and right when I needed it. Before working with him I had never gone to a gym before, so I felt intimidated and uncomfortable about it. But Dan immediately changed all of that. He took the time to listen to my concerns about my health, including what I had going on in my life at the time, with such a caring and attentive ear. He was very knowledgeable, supportive, patient, and understanding, and after guiding me through several exercises, with just the right amount of push, I was feeling relaxed and good about what I was able to do. He gave me confidence and set me on a great path with my nutrition and exercise plan! Dan is a terrific personal trainer and I am most grateful for his guidance, advice and friendship!
