I have been going to Zag Fitness for a little over 6 months. I started with the personal training and slowly have added classes. Amy is a great teacher, she keeps the classes fun. You barely notice the time has gone by. She makes a point to keep her classes fresh, changing the schedule every few months and giving new classes a try. I have so much more energy now and stamina. A few months ago I coudln't imagine going through a whole zumba class but now I love it. And am disappointed when I miss a class.
I started working out at Zag Fitness about a couple of years ago. I loved it right away!
Amy is an awesome trainer, she has many different classes and offer personnal training.
Amy is very positive & energic, her class are motivationnal and they will give you the results you are looking for.

Amy and Zag Fitness are amazing!! I have taken classes in the studio as well as hired Amy as my personal trainer. The energy in the studio is always upbeat which is a direct reflection of Amy's energy. She is non-stop and her training isn't some cookie cutter routine. She pays attention to your personal needs and in my entire time working with her I don't think I ever did the same workout twice. At first glance the studio space is small but Amy's vision has allowed her to offer everything that larger facilities offer and more. I highly recommend Amy as your personal trainer and Zag Fitness as your place for high energy group fitness!!
Zag Fitness Is a great place!! I started there only a couple of years ago, but feel like I've been going forever. Amy makes you feel like family. She takes you in under her wings and helps you work through your struggles all while motivating you towards your goals. Plus she has given us all a sense of camaraderie making me feel comfortable. When you feel better about your self you are happier...and when you are happier you move towards success a lot easier. I have already lost 20 lbs and plan to keep marching forward with Amy and Zag Fitness to not only reach my goals, but to keep them!!
Zag fitness is by far the BEST workout studio I've ever attended for exercise classes!!! After belonging for many years to a franchise gym without noticing significant results and getting bored with the same classes that were offered, I thought about stopping to work out for a while ...until I found Zag Fitness and Amy. The classes are fun, challenging, and continuously evolving. Amy helps you find and push your limits, and reach whatever goals you set for yourself without being overwhelmed. She is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and helps you in every step of the way. I HIGHLY recommend it!!
