  I was part of this gym as both a member and coach. As a member, the coaches are very informative and motivating. As a beginner to CrossFit it can be intimidating, but the coaches make you feel comfortable with the structure of the workouts and execution of the movements. As a coach, I felt as though part of a family. My time there was limited due to the military, but Dave, the owner, always gave me the best direction possible as a young adult. This gym inspired me so much, I opened my own gym for training and classes this past year. Highly recommend Land Warrior now Suffield Fitness Factory for anyone in the area!

  I never considered myself a “gym” person because I don’t like the atmosphere and don’t like to be watched. But this place is NOT like that! Everyone is so supportive - coaches and other members. Such a sense of community and friendly atmosphere. Great space and top-notch equipment.

  I’ve been a member since 2016. I love this place! Quality equipment with a large facility. Owners and coaches care about the members. They care about their health and progression within their fitness journey. Members are friendly and supportive of one another, always pushing and encouraging each other to finish a workout. Highly recommend giving Suffield Fitness Factory/Land Warrior a CrossFit a try!

  I was in Hartford for work and popped into Land Warrior Crossfit for a workout. This is one of the nicest gyms I have ever been in. A great community where people of all fitness levels can come in and get a great workout. The coaches are thorough and will make even someone who has never done a push-up leave with a big smile and a sense of accomplishment. David the owner is a world class human being and just being in this gym you can feel positive energy all around. Take a chance, push yourself, and come into this gym. It not only could change your life it will change your life.
