  Continuum Performance Center is my go to for whenever I want to work out! Nick, Geoff, SK, Brendan, and Joe are the best!! It's been about 3 years with CPC and I am so grateful I found this place. Being an athlete, my friends and I do personal training with Nick. He provides specific and structured workout to maximize our personal needs. As well as modifying for injuries. Nick would prepare me for my sports season with tons of strength and agility. Then in season we would work on lots of recovery and do in-season lifts. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a good workout class or personal training. The atmosphere makes you never want to leave and feels "electric and hype".

  One of my absolute favorite places on earth. Great, high-energy classes that are perfect for anyone, no matter what level of fitness. The coaches are the absolute best! No BS at this place, they keep it real and lift you up when you need it most. So lucky to call this my gym!!

  Honestly, Geoff and his team at CPC have really changed my life. They've helped me to enjoy exercising, and my body and fitness level have never been better. The staff is smart, friendly, and committed. They really know what they're doing and are always available to answer any questions and to make sure exercises are done correctly to avoid injuries. They're creative with their programming so no two workouts are the same, but are able to get me maximum results in the hour (or more) I spend with them. And as far as cleanliness goes, there's no gym or fitness center that does a better job at keeping the place clean and sanitized. I can't recommend this place enough!

  I have done the classes, and I feel like they just begin to scratch the surface as to what CPC has to offer. They have provided me with more than just a great workout. In each one I felt correctly coached through new movements that I have been able to repeat countless times since. So worth it.

  Continuum Performance Center has always been well above par when it comes to their programming and fitness, but it has risen to a whole new level during the pandemic.
  Not only did they immediately provide their subscribers with an abundance of workouts to perform in the safety of their own home- the CPC team went to work on creating a safe environment for us all to return to once it was allowed.
  No stone was left unturned- every aspect of safety was taken into consideration so that we could walk into a place that not JUST allowed for social distancing, but kept complete control over every element that goes into preventing the spread of COVID-19.
  Thank you, CPC, for allowing your membership to stay healthy and active during this very difficult time. Our bodies and minds need it.
