  I am so grateful to be taking pilates reformer group classes in an environment that is warm and welcoming with instructors that are brilliant at their craft. They give the right amount of cueing with space in between so you have time to feel it in your body. Pilates is a movement modality for mind, body, and spirit. I leave the session feeling more confident, energized, and peaceful. Thank you, The Pilates Studio, for doing what you do!

  Life changing! I have had a daily yoga practice for many years and felt quite strong and flexible... but pilates has really helped me find muscles and body awareness that I wasn't able to access on a yoga mat. I was worried about all the equipment at first but now I absolutely love it. The pilates equipment (and Katrina's expert teaching!) provides feedback so I am able to really focus on using muscles that need waking up and this has made a huge difference for my SI and knee pain, which both go away when I am doing pilates at least once a week!

  I am new to Pilates and took advantage of the three private lessons to start. Maureen has been wonderful. She is very good at giving step by step directions. I have also taken several group lessons on the reformer with both Maureen and Katrina. Awesome!

  Katrina is an incredibly talented Pilates instructor and movement practitioner. Her depth of experience and knowledge of how the human body moves and functions is immediately apparent. She meets her clients where they are at and is able to guide and transform the way they move. As a physical therapist, I have referred many family, friends, and patients to The Pilates Studio and will continue to do so. It is time and money well spent.

  Afternoon live equipment classes with Katrina during this period of staying at home have been a gift. Taking live classes provides a regular schedule for my day which is so necessary at this time. The added benefits of being able to ask questions, and then have a library of recorded classes by Katrina and Laurie makes the subscription plan even more valuable. Thanks for being so creative!!
