(September 6, 2023, 12:50 pm)I am new to Mass and have been searching for a gym that replicates my beloved crossfit gym from back home. I’ve done 2 trial classes at this F45 as a first timer. Great workout both days!! It was a lot of fun but what’s even better is the coaches at this location. Specifically, Rachel, Greg, Emmanuel, and Gavin were all extremely welcoming and encouraging. Greg is one of the most enthusiastic coaches I’ve ever met and knows his stuff. Thanks for being so welcoming!

this F45 is great spot to start getting into a routine with good coaches who are encouraging and will help / modify exercises as needed. the workouts are solid, intense, and a good sweat! plus there’s sometimes a dog! -

(May 15, 2023, 2:21 am)I'm 3 months in with F45 and it's been an inspiring experience and just plain awesome. The class format enables adaptable weights, tempo and exercises based upon needs. There are amazing personal trainers and the 5 AM gym crowd is an energizing community. Give the 7-day local resident option a try. I'm glad I did. -Kimberly

As a woman on a mission to lose 140lbs I have had countless negative experiences at other gyms, but I have never once felt uncomfortable here. All of the coaches are incredibly kind, helpful, and motivating. I have learned so many new exercises and my form has improved drastically within just six weeks. When I need a modification they are right there and ready to help, and when I accomplish something new or crush a goal, they're celebrating with me! I feel empowered, confident, and genuinely enjoy coming to the gym every day, which is something I never thought possible for me. I've had a particularly great experience with both Greg and Rachel, who explained F45 to me at my first class and continue to support me along the way. I'm never going to another gym again - life changing experience!
