  I moved to the area a few years ago, and have visited a few different salons and estheticians for brow waxes. I had my third appointment with Sarahi today, and I can share that I will wander no longer. She is kind, detail oriented, and thinks about / articulates a longer-term goal of 'building my brows' (which honestly I hadn't considered before, and even when I was going to someone for 5+ yrs I always viewed it as a clean-up). I see the difference.

  My eyebrows are my most prized possession! I used to drive over two hours to see my eyebrow specialist (yes I’m insane). In rare cases of emergency I’d see someone local but always regretted it. That is until I came here and had my eyebrows done by Sarahi! She came highly recommended from a Facebook group I was a part of and I am SO happy I found her! She is the QUEEN of brows! She does an incredible job every time and is my new regular eyebrow specialist! I was loyal to my old one for over six years so that’s saying a lot! All of the staff are incredibly kind and warm and helpful! It’s a very inviting environment. I definitely recommend! Get your eyebrows blessed by Sarahi! I promise she’ll be your new fave too!

  "I think the staff is extremely friendly, polite and respectful. I think the Hadley location is much better than when they were in Amherst. Everybody appears to be confident- especially Lina! Ive already encouraged a few of my friends to come here and they come on a regular basis now!"

  Best experience hands down! Staff are professional and quick! I got all my waxing, threading, and tinting completed and in time to get to my next appointment! I love that they are always on time and keep rooms nice and clean! Their charisma is also so nice and welcoming.
