I tend to go for more deep tissue/high intensity massages for my shoulders, and Kerry does an amazing job of easing into the massage! She really knows how to work with your body, and she's so friendly and does her best to make sure that you're getting what you want!!

The outside is deceiving, once inside you are immersed with welcoming staff and a relaxing environment. The massage therapist was fantastic and did wonders to my aching muscles.

She is perfectly attentive, asking questions before the session and minimal questions during to ensure a great experience, but not so much as to interrupt. Highly recommend. Best Ive felt in a long time, and I have a very physically demanding profession.

(July 19, 2023, 12:50 pm)Bryan's Bodywork is such a peaceful, cleaning and magical place full of great energy. Bryan is incredibly polite and kind, exuding tremendous energy. Bryan is a professional therapist, and I can feel that he has a very strong thorough understanding of the anatomy and sports medicine theory, which he skillfully to use. He was very accurate in figuring out how hard I needed, how much pressure my muscles and fascia needed, and the appropriate treatment time for each area of my body. Each session of treatment brings the great relief to my lower back pain and the ultimate relaxation for my tense muscles. I appreciate how Bryan plays soothing music during the sessions, creating a sense of safety. With his exceptional skills, I easily experience a deep and sweet sleep. After 3 months of experience, my back pain has recovered very well, which I did not expect. I've been on an appointment with Brya for 3 months.
Having had massages and therapy in many places like Hong Kong, Singapore, Hawaii, Boston, Montreal, and more, I can confidently say that Bryan is one of the best that I've had. I am delighted to recommend Bryan to my family and good friends. Thank you, Bryan. -

(February 12, 2023, 5:15 pm)I had my first massage at River Valley Bodyworks today. The environment is clean, serene, and welcoming. I only booked a 30 minute session as a test drive, and I was not disappointed. Kerry was kind, professional, and extremely skillful. I'm so impressed with how much better I feel after one short session. I'd forgotten what it feels like to *not* have low-grade pain and tightness. Amazing! I've already booked a second (longer) massage. 10 out of 10 recommend.
