(March 13, 2020, 11:50 am)A great place to workout. All instructors are friendly . Get you inspired to keep going. Classes are small enough that you feel like private lessons. Spin is great cardio, TRX strength, TRX yoga flexibility and stability. The studio is clean safe, all equipment is sanitized after every workout. I have been going 2 years now. I have improved my cardio health. I was able to do the 50 mile food bank ride because I workout at The Hub.

I was challenged & inspired by this class. Tracy, you are an inspiring teacher - thank you for putting yourself into this studio & inspiring others to be their strongest, fittest & best selves, down to the core!

Tracy and her knowledgeable staff make you feel like you are a rock star and can accomplish your goals no matter how big or small they may be. They offer an awesome variety of classes and flexible schedules that include TRX, Spinning, Pilates and Strenth Training. I cannot say enough amazing things about this fitness studio and I highly recommend The Hub Studio. Check them out today. I promise you will not sign up anywhere else. This is the best all around fitness studio in the area with awesome trained instructors that will guide you to achieving your fitness goals!

(December 6, 2017, 10:49 am)Dre is amazing!!! I have to admit this is one of my favorite spins classes ever!! The music is amazing the instructor is fantastic and even more importantly the spin bikes are SUPER comfortable!! Saturday morning will never be the same. #betterthancartoons

(December 6, 2017, 7:00 am)The Hub Studio is great. I joined soon after it opened. It can be a bit hard to find the first time, but it's absolutely worth the effort. Bringing her background as a certified USA Cycling Coach, as well as a health & nutrition coach, owner "Coach Tracy" Roth has assembled a diverse team of instructors and launched a new fitness studio that's on an energetic upward trajectory. My initial focus has been on spinning classes, with a bit of TRX thrown in. For me, the schedule offers plenty of choice, and the classes have been fun and motivating, with energetic playlists. The bikes are new and well equipped. The atmosphere is supportive and welcoming. This is going to be a regular destination for me during the indoor training months ahead. Try a class--you'll be back!
