  I love this studio and have been going here for years. In my experience, it's the best studio in the Northampton area if you're looking for yoga classes that will get your heart rate up and challenge you physically. Justine and the other instructors are knowledgeable and supportive. Highly recommend!

  This is a great yoga studio. I’ve taken classes for years at many studios and Ananda is one of the best anywhere. Classes are thorough and I know I had a work out, but Justine is great at giving options so beginners are fine in all the classes. Highly recommend going here!

  I adore this yoga studio!
  Justine Budhram, Owner and Director, has created a cozy, clean, environmentally friendly yoga studio which offers a variety of unique classes. Justine has an inspiring, playful and encouraging approach to her invigorating Vinyasa Power Flow Yoga classes. Susan Moore‘s inviting, creative and restorative classes offer opportunities to build strength and fluidity at one's own pace with self expression encouraged. New teachers and classes have recently been added, classes are virtual and In Person!

  Beautiful studio, great teachers, and lots of class variety offered throughout the week. Justine, the owner, has a wealth of knowledge of kinesthetics and body awareness, and brings mindfulness and playfulness to all her classes. I've been to dozens of studios in Western Mass, and Ananda yoga is my favorite.

  Justine is an amazing instructor. She is full of energy, knowledge and creativity. Her enthusiasm is contageous and she makes people of all skill levels feel comfortable and challenged. The studio is organized and clean. I am very happy to have found such a great place to practice. I have yet to be disappointed.
