  What a fantastic place! Right off the main road of 28 you immediately feel you’re in a secluded Catskill hideaway. The grounds and riverside firepit area are gorgeous. The rooms are beautiful and all amenities were top notch. Tena, the manager was incredibly generous and helpful in every way. Conveniently located near all things in the area, including The Pines restaurant and town of Phoenicia. Looking forward to our next stay!

  We had a very pleasant stay at The Leeway. It's newly renovated and the design details are lovely. Great location near Phoenicia and the valley setting alongside the stream is picturesque. We'd happily stay there again.

  I stayed overnight at the Leeway after riding the Ashokan Rail Trail. It's an absolutely marvelous place - rustic charm right by the river, quiet and great decor (framed photos of local nature, Woodstock local music scene, etc.). Tena's friendly service and help were lovely as well. It's highly recommended!

  I recently stayed here with my family, and we booked all 9 units for us all to stay for our wedding. Everything about this place was just perfect! The rooms were so nicely done- a perfect mix of Catskill rustic charm, with a hip vibe and thoughtfully laid out. Most of the rooms have kitchens or kitchenettes which was perfect for our family, so we could make things to bring along with us during the day for trips. The location is absolutely beautiful, and my family enjoyed spending time down by the river where there are hammocks, picnic tables and barbecues. The Leeway is also super convenient to so many great spots- The Phoenicia Diner, Woodstock Brewing, skiiing, Woodstock- we could have stayed there a week!
  
  Tena, the Manager, was incredible and went above and beyond in helping out my family with any needs they had, and also providing suggestions for us for things to do nearby.
  
  I would definitely stay here again, and look forward to when we can return!

  i came here with my boyfriend and was super impressed with how nice and well designed the rooms are!
  
  there’s a BEAUTIFUL river in the back that you can have a campfire next to and also comfy hammocks. so pretty.
  
  can’t wait to go back.
