  Great location close to downtown Phoenicia which has good restaurants & an Ice cream store. Most sites face the creek. Perfect spot for a week of relaxing. Clean bathrooms & showers No campstore of any kind but the owner will lend you adapters or any extra hoses you may need.

  We have been camping here for the past 5 years and it is truly our favorite place. Very quiet, clean , beautiful sites by the stream, full hook ups, Wi-Fi and dog friendly!
  The owner Wyatt is the perfect host. Always very accommodating and will even deliver firewood to your site..

  This is a nice, quaint campground with spacious sites and appealing to families and outdoor enthusiasts. We had a lovely time. They have electric and water hookups, however you have to use the dump station on the way out of the campground due to proximity of the camp sites to the Esopus Creek.

  Really lovely campground surrounded by trees and mountains, with a rushing stream running alongside. Our site was a huge pull through with a picnic table and a fire ring with a flip down grate for cooking. The site is grass/dirt, level, and mostly sunny, but with several huge trees around us. Water, 30 amp electric, and GRAY WATER ONLY, though there is a dump station available. Super quiet and dark at night which was wonderful! All you can hear is the stream rushing by. Plenty of wide open space for dogs and kids. The surroundings are so beautiful but the major issue we had was phone and internet connections. NON-EXISTENT. We couldn't reach out to family via phone or text the entire time we were here unless we drove out of the campground. Even then, the coverage was terrible (ATT/TMobile). Internet (TMobile router) was at zero. I checked the coverage maps for all the major carriers and they all showed no coverage for this address. The campground wifi was our only choice and it only allowed us to get on the internet, and it was spotty; definitely no movie streaming. There's no way I could have worked remotely from here. So if you can afford to be off the grid, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, but if you're working remotely like me and need to stream video calls, it would be wise to take time off from work!

  I had a seasonal site for two summers and this was probably the best campground I have ever stayed at. Ken the owner, was always super helpful and his family was always willing to help out with anything you needed. I has a riverfront site (28) and it was so peaceful. The campground is located directly across the street from the Phoenicia diner and only two minutes to the quaint hamlet of Phoenicia. Bathrooms were always clean and comfortable to use. I'm a full timer now and look forward to spending a summer there again.
