  TFP is a great addition to our community and a wonderful facility for student athletes and adults alike. The Bomb Moms am workout group offers a challenging workout that can be adapted for varying levels of fitness along with the camaraderie of a great group of moms.
  
  It is effective and efficient with new workouts monthly so you never get bored! This program along with the Rad Dads group, has allowed our family to get back on track. Thank you MK and Adam!

  Joined the TFP Rad Dad program 6 months ago. Had not lifted in 20 years and even back then didn't know what I was doing. Adam and the TFP team create a motivating and competitive environment, but safety is the first priority. The education and experience of the staff is incredible. I haven't been this strong in my entire life. My wife is now in the Bomb Mom program, and my kids are looking forward to getting into sessions this fall to accelerate their athletic development.

  Our daughters just finished their 2nd Summer conditioning with Adam, MK, and the team at TFP. What a great experience with great and caring people who truly know what they are doing. Increased strength, speed, endurance for sure. But on top of that mental toughness, pride and accomplishment doing more than they thought possible. For me, I’ve been part of the 5:30AM dad’s group for 9 months now and have never felt better physically and mentally.

  From the moment I stepped foot inside TFP I was greeted with enthusiasm. The friendly atmosphere and supportive community made me feel instantly welcome.
