  Best local cycling studio! I always leave feeling like I got a great workout- especially on days with strength/HIT workouts after spin. Lisa & Betsy are so welcoming and the studio is such a positive environment. Super happy I found this studio!

  My favorite place to be! Betsy and Lisa are the best instructors! They push you to keep doing better each time. Love the added floor workout after spinning! It’s really help me get stronger!

  This gym is more than a place to spin. You walk in the door to Betsy and Lisa who will greet you each time, they remember your name, make sure to notice your progress, and lead a great workout every time. Their energy is welcoming, supportive, and they will push you hard. Each class is tailored for beginners to advanced, so anyone will feel comfortable and be able to keep up. If you’re looking for a place to begin or continue your fitness journey, you don’t want to miss this place! Beyond Cycle & Fitness is by far, my favorite places I’ve ever worked out.

  Betsy and Lisa are the best and run such a welcoming fitness studio. Not only do they have spin classes but they also have a vixen dance class twice a month and full body workouts after each spin class. I never leave a class without feeling like a had a great workout. I definitely recommend this studio to everyone!

  Betsy and Lisa are two of the BEST spin instructors around! Not only do they go hard in each workout they go above and beyond and added additional workouts after each class and even offer a vixen dance class! They are self made. They push you and familiarize themselves with each and every one of us. They are so welcoming and make us feel like a family! I highly recommend them!
