  The staff and Dr. are friendly, helpful, and courteous. There was a problem with the pharmacy and prescription, and the situation was handled professionally and resolved quickly by the staff. I’ve used this facility several times over the last 5 years or so.

  My daughter got bitten on both hands by a squirrel (long story!) and was treated so wonderfully at Patchogue Urgent Care. Just a great medical staff all around. From the woman who signed us in to the woman who took down my daughter’s info and took her vitals, to the woman who gave my daughter her tetanus shot, everyone was so personable, so lovely and so kind. The doctor was pleasant and very professional and took his time to explain everything to us. My daughter not only got a shot, but was prescribed an antibiotic and antibiotic cream. The wait was minimal and my daughter was even able to watch her favorite movie of all time, Hocus Pocus, on the very big tv as we waited for her to get treated! EVERYONE here made a scary situation much less scary. Thank you to all of you! You made a difference to both my daughter and myself and I know exactly where to go next time we have an emergency…….. hopefully not involving any more wild animal bites!

  Staff was great. Dr was great. Everyone was really nice which I appreciate because I was nervous. Urinalysis was done quickly and the dr was able to refer me to a urologist and for some sonograms. This has been my #1 and will continue to be. Thanks again for the kindness, I know your jobs are NOT easy. :)

  I'm so grateful for the doctors and nurses here. I have been treated with so much kindness and understanding. After 3 trips to different urgent care centers, this one was by far the best experience we have had to date. The staff was attentive, pleasant and polite. I highly recommend this place. Thank you so much!

  Carla is the best!! So pleasant and helpful; and I can’t believe she always remembers the patients. Excellent front desk work. She deserves a raise!
