(March 7, 2023, 11:55 am)went with my 20-year-old son to buy a car everyone treated him like as an adult they appreciated his opinion.
The car was going to be in his name they took in consideration not what he was approved for but what he could financially do I appreciated that as his mother we went back a couple weeks later the owner remembered all of us (including my younger son) shook our hands. We weren't just somebody who bought a car just shaking her hand and saying hey how's this car treating you that is what will make us go back their customer service was so great. Kris is amazing! everybody there was so patient with us my son wanted to buy the right car for him so we test drove I would like to say almost all the cars on the lot that were in his price range and they let us, there was no pressure it was a really pleasant experience for my son's first car purchase. -

(December 7, 2022, 12:45 pm)Vehicle I purchased here was fine and as advertised. Service, however, was quite poor. I arrived at 9am and it was close to 2 hours until I got out of there. Chris, the one helping me, was quite late in arriving and no one else seemed to be able to help me right away. Office was dirty and unkempt but the vehicles on the lot seemed ok. Even had a Rolls-Royce on the lot

It had some issues a couple weeks later and they had it towed from my house (2.5hr away) and are making sure it is repaired right! Orlando has been great communicating back and forth and has been a great help. Kris made the financing a breeze for someone like me with poor credit. Would strongly recommend thecarhouse to others!
