  My deer was dropped off by myself at the conveinte 24 h dropp of freezer. Simple instructions (not a big production) I was called following day on a Sunday early asked how I wanted it prepared. Was even thrown in a free skull cap of my deer being it was my first deer very nice of them. I had a big bodied dear that. Which was most certainly the case when I picked up my shopping cart full of meat. Which was done exactly within the time frame I was promised. I was happy with yield and service. They seen alittle old school and handle business clean neat and fast. Most importantly my deer seems properly processed. Clean , divided and labeled vacuum sealed 👌 and it seems imperative to them during this rapid inflation to stick to there normal prices (for now, I understand for future). Super reasonable price , clean , fast, high yield .definitely go here they will do your harvest justice.

  Not the cheapest. But as they say good work isn't cheap and cheap work isn't good. The value proposition is right on here. You get what you pay for.
  
  Amazingly fast. Dropped off Wednesday, got a call that it was ready for pickup Friday.
  
  As others have said, try the Taylor Ham. Honestly the best I've ever had. Rich and seasoned but not salty. Perfect.
  
  Breakfast sausage is a B+. Could use a bit more spice IMO.
  
  Tom is a professional and his shop is immaculate and smells great. Will we bring every one here? No, I still like to butcher my own and for simple cuts I don't see value in a service. But for specialty items? Yeah, you bet. They'll be getting one or two of ours each year to turn into fun stuff.

  Fair pricing and good cuts. Highly recommend getting some venison tayolr ham made up!
