(July 27, 2023, 11:16 am)Awesome gym- my favorite classes are the FitHITT with Kelly. Her class combines cardio & weights for a total body workout. I began this summer out of shape but she quickly whipped me into great shape.

Dana worked with all of our skill levels and no one felt left out or they couldn’t participate. Thank you for everything we loved it so much —- and really hated it the next day! Lol

(May 28, 2023, 11:59 am)It’s usually very hard for me to go to a gym outside my house when i’m out of town but this gym had almost everything i needed except for some obscure machines, they also let me in being a minor who does workout everyday which i’ve gotten denied at many gyms for that, definitely coming back here all summer!

(March 30, 2022, 1:28 pm)They recently did an upgrade so it's nice inside but I just can't get over the fact that they don't have a water fountain. In a gym! We've also tried to attend during hours they were supposed to be open and no one was there. I do like the classes I've done with them and they have a lot of equipment!
