(December 10, 2022, 10:53 am)Very clean, organized, and plethora of useful equipment. The staff is friendly. Trainers are knowledgeable and wide ranging skill and expertise from sports specific, exercise and injury management. Highly recommended.

(August 1, 2020, 10:46 am)This gym is so clean and functional. Mollie, Jennie, Jeremy and all the other staff are so welcoming when you walk in. I train with the owner and all of my sessions are top notch but I see the other trainers and notice the thought and consideration they put into their programs too. All in all a great space with great people.

(May 24, 2017, 3:23 pm)I started working out here several years ago. The gym is extremely well run. The facility is clean and bright. Training with Cheryl will take your workout to a new level. She is very professional and genuinely concerned with understanding her client's fitness goals. I have brought many friends with me to Surfside and they have all been equally impressed with Cheryl and the gym. 5 stars!
