  I do drop ins when I go to Stone Harbor. Thank you Coach Rachel for keeping me on track while on vacation. Coach Rachel makes you feel at home and pays attention and makes adjustments when necessary. Great coaching great programming great members I highly recommend Crossfit Parallax

  Dropping into Parallax is always my favorite part of being in town for a month. Coach/Owner Rachel's positive energy and excitement attracts a great community of athletes that are friendly and engaging. On top of the elite programming that Rachel provides, I love that she and the members are consistently putting in extra work towards personal goals.
  
  The space itself is a large open floorplan that provides an ample amount of up to date and clean equipment as well as a turf area. I always look forward to my return to Parallax.

  Tremendous leadership and team of people with family dynamic atmosphere Encouraging, hard working, great energy and all skill levels with a common goal of making others and themselves better!!
  Rachel is a True Example of what a Leader is supposed to be and will also work right alongside her class participants to push them further and harder. Well done all around!!

  We went for a 2 week drop in at Parralax. All the people (coaches, other weightlifter, and dogs!) were all incredibly nice and welcoming. Highly recommend checking it out. Special props to Rachel and Carly for the warm welcome

  Way newer facility than is in all these review images as they moved to a newer building. I’m not very concerned by the actual building though. I travel for work internationally all year and have been to dozens of boxes. What gets me here is coach/owner Rachel’s everlasting positive energy. It is really infectious. She feels genuinely excited to be there every single day. For someone like me who isn’t crazy self motivated, her positivity really rubs off on me. The classes you would expect are great. Also they really go the extra mile here with having events, parties, contests etc.
