  Great locally owned gym that is a perfect fit for both newbies and seasoned athletes. Stocked with many options for both aerobic and strength training. The friendly staff are always eager to help and keep the place immaculate.

  MFit is a great gym that is run by nice people. They have everything most people would need. It's super clean and everyone is very friendly. Great gym!

  Complete gym in all aspects of training and fitness. Equipment is well maintained and the entire facility is kept very clean, including the restrooms. Credit is due to the staff . They are very friendly and accommodating.

  Staff and owner are very kind and professional. very nice community also members are in good shape. That says a lot about this gym.

  Has all the necessary free weights. Bumper plates for deadlifts, dumbbells look like they stop at 85lbs. Have at least one of most machines/ cables, can’t think of anything they would need to add. It’s a little unique that it is also a rehab facility which is why I was hesitant to go originally. The staff is very welcoming, and the gym was clean. All before your first time going to make sure someone will let you in, best to go during office hours for first visit. Would probably be a 4 star gym if it was crowded but I get the impression it’s never too crowded. Also pricing is reasonable - 5 stars.
