She is without a doubt the most pleasant and knowledgeable sales person that I have dealt with in my long experience in buying a new automobile. Every month that I showed up looking for information about my Ford Maverick she always was willing to help get the latest and greatest information about my order. What a pleasant person to deal with. I will highly recommend her to everyone I know .

(July 13, 2023, 11:30 am)I was searching for a new Truck to replace my old vehicle. I was specifically looking for a Ford F-150. I spotted an beautiful Black 2018 F-150 on the Autotrader website that Shaker's Family Ford placed. I immediately called Shaker's and spoke to Cathy Reed. Her description of this vehicle was so impressive that I immediately gave her a security deposit and made arragements to pick it up a few days later. I should not that I live in Philly, PA and Shaker's is in Connecticut. I was buying this Truck site-unseen. To my pleasant surprise, the condition of this truck was well beyond Cathy's description of it. Shaker's arranged to have someone pickup my wife and myself from the Amtrak Train Station a few towns away from their dealership. The young man that picked us up was great. The Finance Manger (Kevin) was awesome too. The entire Shaker's Family Ford Staff were awesome!

(March 17, 2023, 7:32 am)First of all James is awesome, besides the price being the cheapest than the other dealerships, James’s personality is what got us to feel comfortable and move quickly. His personalized video of the car was the perfect touch! I’ve never seen such a personalized car buying experience before and the video helped a lot bc we felt like we saw the car and knew we were going to buy it before we even drove to your location
I highly recommend James - we have bought cars in the past and I’ve never met someone with a personality like James !!! Most sales people are super pushy and he just clicked with us instantly!
I can see him running the place one day - I work in recruitment and so much of your job is about personality and understanding people and their wants and needs, this comes very easy to James!
And lastly James explained the rates very well to us on the phone prior to us coming to CT so we knew going there what to expect!! He let us ask several questions and answered all of them without hesitation and he made us feel super comfortable the whole time.
Highly highly recommend James - again best personality, knows his work very well and can see him as a leader running and motivating a whole team!!! -

She and the rest of the team made sure I got the car I wanted for the best price with unbelievably low financing. And, they stayed late to do it so I completed everything and drove her home that day! I’ll definitely be back and I highly recommend buying your next car here!!
