  My husband and I just purchased our new Subaru outback from Premier Subaru in Middlebury. I can't speak highly enough about every person we dealt with at this dealership. As far as I'm concerned, Subarus sell themselves. I really hate having to deal with dealerships of any kind. However, I have to say that everyHe also didn't try to sell us more than we wanted or needed., There were no high-pressure tactics and I didn't receive millions of texts and emails after our first visit, which happened everywhere else we went. Mike was able to answer all of our questions, and importantly, if he didn't know the answer to a question, he asked someone else rather than pretending he was "THEE" expert, because he was afraid we would leave the lot. The owner Bill was just as gracious and I can't say enough about Mr Hernandez who helped us with our financing. I think this might have been the most pleasant experience I've ever had purchasing a new vehicle. When you're spending the kind of money you do when buying a new car the last thing you need is to be confused by sales tactics. I would definitely recommend this dealership. We are already so happy with our car and the service we have received that I can't imagine going anywhere else in the future.

  Premier Subaru offers fair pricing with exemplary service and an easy buying process. Their staff are attentive, thorough, helpful, and professional. Throughout the entire sale, they were upfront, honest, and personable. They made sure I got exactly the car I set out to buy. My sales rep didn't let me leave until I was comfortable with every system on the car. The whole process was enjoyable from beginning to end. I will be returning for their excellent Service Department.

  Everyone was courteous and professional. The team worked together to make the process quick and enjoyable. Craig was professional and knowledgeable in the sales process.   Couldn’t have gotten a better deal anywhere else! Huge fan of our salesman Cassidy - he was excellent to work with! All the staff was friendly - the dealership is beautiful and they’ve got a huge amount of cars on their lot!
  They gave us a great deal on our trade in and a sweet deal on our new used vehicle.
  I will definitely buy another car from this dealership in the future! More then fair and trustworthy!
