  Tahir was my sales rep and the sales manager was Edny. Together they were a great team. Very helpful and efficient! I was able to get the hybrid rav 4 I wanted within a week. 10/10 recommend!

  I bought a new car last week and I had a great experience thanks to Sales Consultant Nick Shala! Nick was extremely helpful, I talked to him once on the phone and in less than 2 weeks he helped me get my new favorite car Toyota Prius 2023 with all the exact specifics that I was looking for. (While all the other Toyota dealerships in the tri-state area were having me wait for four months up to six months to get the same car). Nick was very nice and professional, he made all the paperwork and all my documents ready since I drove from New York City to Connecticut and he made it very easy so I only spent 20 minutes at the dealerships office and then I was out on the road with my new amazing car. I’m really happy with this car and with the overall experience at Crabtree Toyota! thank you so much to Nick Shala and also the finance manager Justin Coku. Based on my previous car experiences for the last 20 years, I’ve never in my life thought I’m going to write a single positive review about a car dealer, but here I am and this is the truth. Nick hooked me up with my favorite car and I paid the sticker price same price as the Toyota website (there was no dealer adjustments, no extra fees, No normal dealership BS5K$ like everyone charges way more than what you see online). Just so I don’t make it sound like an advertisement, the only small concern I have is about the second car key from Toyota, when I bought the car it only came with one key and I was told the second key should be arriving in around 3 to 6 months, I really hope I get the second key because The second key is necessary for me. Other than that, I highly suggest you to contact Nick and buy your new car with confidence and without worries. Nick will take care of you. I’m definitely going to purchase my next car from Nick at Crabtree Toyota dealership. Thank you so much again to Nick Shala and the Crabtree Toyota team. You made my life beautiful and OMG the new Toyota Prius 2023 drives like a dream ✈️🚗

  I had such a pleasant experience getting to work with Nick Shaca. After 5 months of no one financing to me and not having a car Nick worked as hard as he could to get me into a vehicle that I loved and that was reliable. I am so pleased with his kindness and willingness to answer every question I had as a first time buyer. Highly recommend this dealership!!
